Anyone wishing to cancel can contact us direct and we will be happy to move your booking to another slot if it's available, if this is not possible a credit will be applied to your account to use in the future.
Cancellations need to be made no less than 24 hours before the booking time, this is to ensure that there is sufficient time for the bay to be re-booked by another member and the hour does not get unused.
