Anyone wishing to cancel can contact us direct and we will be happy to move your booking to another slot if it's available, if this is not possible a credit will be applied to your account to use in the future.

Cancellations need to be made no less than 24 hours before the booking time, this is to ensure that there is sufficient time for the bay to be re-booked by another member and the hour does not get unused.

No, you don't need to have any experience playing with the simulators, Trackman is very easy to use and one of our team will be happy to help you get started

It will be good if you can download the Trackman app before you arrive too :-)

We have set our age from 12 years + to actually play on our simulators, you can however bring children to watch if they are supervised.

There is no dress code, although we recommend that you wear something comfortable with plenty of room for movement.

Golf shoes are not required, but you may wear them if you prefer. We advise you to wear comfortable footwear such as trainers.

You are welcome to bring your own clubs or we do have some sets you can borrow.

Unfortunately not, you have to use our special titleist pro v1 balls in the simulators for the technology to work, we supply these in every bay.

We have a fully stocked bar serving a whole range of drinks and snacks.

We also serve hot food, manus can be found in the venue.
