TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The golf simulators and dart boards are available to all individuals.
Walk-in bookings are permitted, but availability is not guaranteed; advance booking is strongly recommended.
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, not recommended for under 8’s on the golf simulators.
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, not recommended for under 13’s on the dart boards due to safety.
All customers must follow general behaviour and safety guidelines while on the premises at all times.
24hr CCTV recording is in operation for safety and security purposes.

Bookings can be made in advance through our online system or by contacting the venue.
Minimum booking time is 1 hour; maximum 3 hours online. For longer sessions, please contact us directly.
Each simulator bay accommodates a maximum of four (4) players per booking.
Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to other individuals.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking to qualify for a refund.
Refunds will be issued as credit to the customer's account only, not to the original payment method.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for any refund or credit. Where possible, we will make one attempt to reschedule your booking.
In the event PAR4GOLF LTD cancels your booking, the above terms do not apply, and a full refund or credit will be offered.

Alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted in the simulator area, but not in the hitting zone. All drinks must be safely placed and never left unattended.
Outside drinks are not allowed on the premises.
No food is allowed in the simulator area to prevent damage to equipment or facilities.
Customers may bring their own golf clubs; however, dirty or damaged clubs may be refused.
Personal golf balls are not permitted—only venue-provided balls may be used.
Golf balls and tees will be issued upon arrival and must be returned in full at the end of your booking.
Failure to return issued items may result in a replacement charge.
PAR4GOLF LTD reserves the right to request a refundable deposit for equipment at its discretion.

Customers must vacate their simulator bay promptly at the end of their session to ensure smooth transition and setup for the next booking.

Customers may bring their own darts.
Alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks, food is permitted in the darts area, however it must be placed safely to prevent damage to the equipment or facilities.
Customers are asked to vacate their dart board promptly at the end of their session to ensure smooth transition and setup for the next booking.

PAR4GOLF LTD reserves the right to request a refundable deposit for equipment at its discretion
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to the dartboard at our discretion.

Customer Responsibility - Customers are financially responsible for any damage to equipment, property, or facilities caused by their actions or negligence during use.
Repair and Replacement Costs - The venue reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements due to damage, misuse, or improper handling of equipment.
Limitation of Liability - PAR4GOLF LTD accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur while using the simulators, dart boards or any other equipment. All use is at the customer’s own risk.
Right to Refuse Service or Remove Individuals - We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to any individual causing harm, disruption, or posing a risk to themselves, staff, or others.

At PAR4 Golf, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all customers and staff.

We maintain a strict Zero Tolerance Policy against any form of harassment or abuse.

This means such behaviour will not be accepted under any circumstances.

This policy covers, but is not limited to:
• Sexual harassment
• Physical or verbal abuse
• Aggressive or intimidating behaviour
• Racist, sexist, or discriminatory remarks of any kind

Any individual found violating this policy will be asked to leave the premises
immediately and permanently banned from returning to PAR4 Golf.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and enjoyable
environment for everyone.
By proceeding with your booking, you are confirming that you have read, understood,
and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
We do reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions from time to time.
